Write to [email protected]. Include what you were doing and, for tool problems, the file type (never send confidential files — we don't need them, and the free tools never see your files anyway).
Billing
For wallet or plan issues, mention the email you log in with and roughly when the payment happened. Razorpay payment IDs help but aren't required.
